CAROL BRYMM
Founder and President
Carol is the Founder and President of CB Legal Search. She has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment business. Using her vast expertise she has worked with several clients nationally in New York, California, Texas, and globally in Dubai, Tokyo, Singapore and London.
Carol first started in the business by placing doctors within various groups in Texas. With much success, she then decided to further her career by moving to New York in which she acquired experience in the business arena by placing various high-level finance, CEO and venture capital partners.
In 2000, through the gaining of knowledge and networking, Carol turned her focus onto the law industry. She realized that though the law industry may have several recruiting agencies, no one agency focuses on placing law partners in law firms or in moving over groups. For the past 8 years, Carol has established her own business and effectively moved over both groups and law partners, with her success rate standing at 100%.
Carol is currently residing in Houston, Texas.
